Position: Overnight Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Facility: Monte Nido Clementine West Linn

Location: West Linn, Oregon

Monte Nido Clementine West Linn is a residential treatment program providing care exclusively for adolescents battling Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

Our mission at Clementine is to empower adolescents and their families along their recovery journey, equipping each young individual with the tools to face the challenges of life without the burdens of their eating disorders. We offer compassion, education, and support, working collaboratively with families to foster recovery. We help adolescents replace their eating disorders with healthy coping skills and a comprehensive understanding of living authentically.

We are currently seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team.

Schedule: Saturdays (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing vitals checks and recording as necessary.
  • Monitoring client behaviors and reporting any unusual occurrences.
  • Administering medications accurately.
  • Documenting promptly and thoroughly.
  • Modeling healthy dietary habits by completing meals during mealtimes.

Qualifications:

  • Active license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (or eligible for licensure).
  • Experience in residential or inpatient behavioral health and mental health settings is desirable.
  • Previous experience working with individuals overcoming eating disorders is advantageous.
  • Must possess current CPR/BLS certification before beginning work (training can be arranged if necessary).
