The expected salary range for this position is $111,600 to $124,000 based on experience, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonuses and a 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position

This role is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of diverse maintenance programs supporting the Maintenance Department. Although responsibilities are varied, typically one specialist will focus predominantly on specific areas. Key responsibilities encompass analyst support for the Corrective Action Program (CAP), self-assessments, and benchmarking, oversight of department core functions, and committee support, including the New Work Screening Committee and Plant Operating Review Committee (PORC). This position also provides business analysis support including contract administration and budget tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate department core functions, including:
  • Inspection readiness for relevant regulatory boards.
  • Performance indicator generation and critical data input.
  • Department website and Plan of the Day material updates.
  • Oversight and execution of Knowledge Transfer and Retention processes.
  • Department Training Coordination.
• Conduct analyst functions, such as:
  • Support for self-assessments and benchmarking.
  • Assistance with Work Group Evaluations and formal investigations.
  • Tracking compliance with department action items.
• Engage with Clean Energy Center committees and programs, including:
  • New Work Screening Committee.
  • Maintenance Rule Expert Panel.
  • Cyber Security Assessment Team.
• Perform business analyst duties, such as:
  • Contract management and budget development.
  • Department budget tracking and forecasting.
• Assist with special projects as needed, including oversight of contract personnel.
• Adhere to other assigned duties and emergency response responsibilities as directed by management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience OR
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of relevant experience OR
• Associate’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience OR
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Maintain required access standards and satisfactory medical evaluations as required for duties.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in the utility or related industry.
• Prior training in Corrective Action / Root Cause Analysis.
• Root Cause Evaluator qualification.
• Familiarity with Contract Administration and Budgeting.
