We are partnered with a top-ranked specialty hospital as their finance team is growing. They are the nation's leading respiratory research facility and are based in the Rocky Mountain Region. With over 100 years since their inception, they have grown to be a leading pulmonology institution.

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support the organization in budgeting, operational decision-making, and forecasting. A strong candidate for this role will bring a strong background in financial analysis and business BI tools. This is the perfect role for someone who is excited to work cross-functionally and present financial suggestions to leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or business analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and SQL preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or a complex, multi-department environment preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring departmental and programmatic spending aligns with approved financial targets.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to produce regular and ad-hoc reports for leadership.
  • Prepare and present variance analyses and performance insights throughout the fiscal year.
  • Review, validate, and edit budget submissions to support accurate and strategic financial planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to improve existing operations and support new business initiatives.
  • Assist in collecting, validating, and reporting key institutional data for internal and external use.
  • Deliver presentations and reports on financial performance and special projects to executive stakeholders.
