As the full-time Vice President of Finance for our Cincinnati, OH company, you'll play an integral part in our short- and long-term success. HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

Work hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

You'll oversee the small- and big-picture aspects that keep our business financially healthy and our strategies streamlined. Our Vice President of Finance provides hands-on leadership and cross-departmental support, working with company heads and owners to take our business to the next level. Your problem-solving skills will take the forefront as you oversee our financial plans, refine our processes, and execute effective new strategies. You'll manage budgets, accounting controls, cash flow, capital management, and more to make a far-reaching impact.

REQUIREMENTS:

We're looking for someone who can successfully lead a team and provide constructive guidance to ensure we meet key performance metrics. If that sounds like you, and you meet the following, you could be an excellent fit.

Minimum Criteria:

  • 2+ years of experience managing accounting, budgeting, or financial planning processes
Our Ideal Vice President of Finance:
  • Experience in forecasting, cash flow management, or profitability analysis
  • Experience using an accounting or ERP system like QuickBooks Online
  • Proven record of influencing strategic executive decisions
  • Proven ability to lead a finance team and effectively collaborate with business owners and department heads
  • Ability to interpret financial data and adjust business strategies accordingly
  • Ability to design and improve internal controls and reporting processes
  • Ability to act ethically, accurately, and transparently
  • Ability to take ownership of business finances and act responsibly
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
OUR COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
  • Salary of $100,000 - $120,000 per year
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Health, vision, and dental insurance (premiums are 80% employer-paid)
