Relate Search has partnered with a growing global manufacturer to hire a Global SIOP Manager who will lead and execute the end-to-end SIOP process across North America, Europe, and additional growth markets. This role supports a well-established global manufacturing organization known for engineering innovation, product quality, and strong operational capabilities.

The company continues to expand through ongoing product development and investment in world-class operations and is part of a multi-generation global enterprise with a long history of building successful, industry-leading businesses. The SIOP Manager will ensure alignment between commercial goals and operational capabilities, driving accurate forecasting, optimized capacity utilization, and improved supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the internal forecasting and planning process and team to deliver quarterly consensus plans for Sales and Operations
• Lead and standardize the monthly SIOP cycle across business units and regions
• Facilitate demand forecast reviews and drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain
• Develop resource-optimized production plans that meet delivery and availability targets
• Track and report SIOP KPIs including forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory health

Qualifications
• BA or BS in Materials Management, Procurement, Operations Planning, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of supply chain or operations planning experience, preferably in global environments
• Strong understanding of MRP, ERP systems, and planning tools
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Preferred certifications include CPM, APICS, or related credentials
