About You
- You hold a Master's level or above license in Mental Health therapy, including LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW, valid on a state-by-state basis. You also possess a valid NPI number and malpractice insurance.
