Are you a passionate chef who loves creating delicious food and inspiring a team?
At Franciscan Care Center, part of CHI Living Communities, we’re looking for a dynamic Dietary Director  to lead our kitchen with creativity, compassion, and excellence.

As the Dietary Director , you’ll craft meals that bring joy to our residents, set the standard for quality, and make every dining experience memorable.

Starting Wage: $30.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a talented culinary team
  • Oversee menu planning, meal preparation, and presentation
  • Coordinate and prepare special events and catering
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation standards
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and mission-driven kitchen environment

Qualifications:

  • Formal training in Culinary Arts and Serve Safe Certification required
  • Experience in restaurant or healthcare food service preferred
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong passion for great food and outstanding service
