Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Onsite, Fremont, CA (Bay Area)
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension or Conversion)
Pay rate: $55/hr on W2
Job Summary:
We're seeking a Supply Chain Analyst IV to support global asset management and drive operational excellence within Infrastructure Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain planning, analytics, and data center operations, with the ability to lead initiatives that improve inventory and logistics performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical development of innovative inventory planning and logistics processes.
- Own end-to-end global asset management process and systems.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform product and supply chain success.
- Drive automation and process improvements with cross-functional teams.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics, and cost optimization.
- Review and approve purchase orders, bids, and requisitions for goods/services.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery or quality issues.
- Conduct data-driven analysis for supply, demand, and pricing.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong background in Supply Chain Management (Data Center experience preferred).
- Experience in Excel, Tableau, and data analysis tools (SQL preferred).
- Experience with supply/demand analysis, cost analysis, and supplier management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver insights proactively.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Engineering background (for easier process/technology understanding).
- Leadership or mentoring experience.
- Knowledge of applicable purchasing laws/regulations.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field required.
Interview Process:
- 2 Rounds via Zoom (30-45 minutes each).
