Job Description

Seeking a Packaged Pump System Engineer

We are seeking highly skilled engineers with extensive knowledge and experience in pumps and rotating equipment. The ideal candidate will also possess diversified expertise in the overall packaged equipment domain, integrating both electronic and mechanical components related to packaged pump systems, including vertical and horizontal configurations.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of packaged pump systems, ensuring seamless integration of electronic and mechanical aspects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of engineered systems that meet client specifications and industry standards.
  • Leverage existing relationships with EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) to identify and pursue new project opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to sales staff, assisting with the preparation of project proposals and quotations.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of packaged pump systems, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the quality and efficiency of packaged pump systems.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in pump and rotating equipment engineering
  • Strong background in designing and managing packaged equipment systems, integrating electronic and mechanical components
  • Familiarity with both vertical and horizontal pump systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer In Training (EIT) certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools is a plus
