Join Our Team as a Part-Time Activity Bus Driver

Are you passionate about ensuring a safe and positive experience for students while they engage in activities beyond the classroom? We're looking for a dedicated Part-Time Activity Bus Driver to support our school community by transporting students on class trips and athletic teams to and from games.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely transport students to and from school activities, class trips, and athletic events.
  • Serve as a positive representative of our school, engaging with students, parents, and staff with a respectful, energetic, and thoughtful demeanor.
  • Operate school buses responsibly, adhering to all safety regulations, school policies, and traffic laws.
  • Create a welcoming and orderly environment on the bus by ensuring students understand their roles and responsibilities as passengers.
  • Maintain discipline and promptly address any behavioral concerns, fostering a safe and caring environment for all.
Qualifications:
  • Valid CDL with a Passenger (P) endorsement.
  • Current state CDL health exam.
  • Successful completion of a drug screening and background checks.
  • At least one year of bus driving experience required; two or more years preferred.
  • Commitment to safety and the well-being of our students.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of operating the bus.
  • Must be able to assist passengers when needed.
