We're looking for a reliable, hard-working Carpenter Helper to assist with the installation of large, heavy metal panels on job sites. This role involves hands-on labor, working closely with an experienced installation team to safely move, position, and secure panels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with lifting, carrying, and positioning large metal panels
  • Supporting installers during panel alignment and fastening
  • Using basic hand and power tools as directed
  • Following safety procedures at all times
  • Keeping the work area clean and organized
Requirements:
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials
  • Comfort working outdoors and on construction sites
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
  • Construction or installation experience is a plus, but not required
  • OSHA 10
