Converting Operator - Tier One

Location: Elkhorn, WI
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday | 10:00 PM - 6:15 AM
Pay: $2/hour shift differential for 3rd shift

We're looking for a Converting Operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing top-quality goods. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, this is your opportunity to grow with us.

What You'll Do
  • Safely operate converting machines and keep production running smoothly.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality and minimize waste.
  • Pack, palletize, and prepare goods for shipment.
  • Maintain supplies and communicate with team members for seamless shift handoffs.
  • Record production data accurately and participate in continuous improvement programs like 5S.
  • Assist coworkers and contribute to a positive team environment.
What We're Looking For
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced factory setting.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to work overtime when needed.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred; 3 years of work history a plus.
