• Pay Rate: $20.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Assess warehouse layouts and implement scalable organizational solutions
• Optimize inventory flow, bin locations, and slotting according to WMS logic
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO compliance, replenishment, and cycle count accuracy
• Improve labeling, barcoding, and scan accuracy to maintain data integrity
• Collaborate with teams to document SOPs and support adoption of new processes
• Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with system data
• Support compliance requirements in regulated environments such as food, beverage, supplements, hemp, or manufacturing
• Operate independently to identify and resolve process inefficiencies
  

What You'll Need

• 1-2 years of warehouse, inventory, or operations experience
• Knowledge of WMS systems and warehouse inventory management
• Experience in CPG, food, beverage, or regulated environments preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, follow SOPs, and implement process improvements
• Physical capability to navigate warehouse operations and support reconfiguration efforts
• Proficiency with barcoding and inventory accuracy tools
