Customer Service Representative for Printing

Copy Doctor is on the lookout for a friendly, dedicated, and self-motivated individual to become an integral part of our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience, whether they are placing or picking up an order, or seeking assistance with our self-serve printers and computers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and assist customers as soon as they enter Copy Doctor.

  • Tackle customer inquiries promptly and courteously, maintaining a professional demeanor.

  • Address customer complaints effectively, collaborating with the Manager for resolution when necessary.

  • Offer support to customers in the self-service area.

  • Process transactions at the cash register swiftly and accurately.

  • Complete job order sheets following Copy Doctor procedures.

  • Create estimates and quotations utilizing the Point of Sale System.

  • Contact customers for input to quote print jobs and inform them when their orders are ready.

  • Organize and file completed jobs efficiently.

  • Prepare shipping labels as needed.

  • Print and fulfill basic orders.

  • Finish jobs by cutting, binding, punching, laminating, and folding.

  • Conduct store closing tasks, including organizing and cleaning the workspace.

Qualifications:

  • A positive, energetic, and friendly attitude is essential

  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.

  • Professional and personable phone etiquette.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

  • Minimum of High School diploma or GED required.

Job Type:

  • Part-time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • 20-25 hours per week
