Front Desk Clerk

The FRONT DESK CLERK for Island View Casino & Beach Resort Hotels is responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, checking guests in and out of assigned rooms, managing online and telephone bookings, verifying guests' payment methods during check-in, accurately uses proper telephone techniques and etiquette, and provides guest with information including hotel, casino and restaurants, including hours of operations, special events and promotions.
Position Requirements
Must be 18 years of age with a High school diploma or GED. 1-2 years' experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role preferred.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must have the ability to build rapport with guests, staff, and external partners to include a high level of customer focus and service. Must have the ability to interact and communicate with guests and staff in an effective manner.
