A&S Party Rentals is seeking a responsible and organized Logistics Coordinator for a behind-the-desk role managing logistics for large events. This position runs from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, with occasional late hours during busy seasons. The first six months will be dedicated to comprehensive training before transitioning into an independent coordinator role.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling client calls and gathering event details
  • Scheduling deliveries and pickups
  • Coordinating with warehouse staff and drivers
  • Managing inventory and logistics timelines
  • Communicating with internal teams
  • Managing last-minute changes and problem-solving under pressure
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Calm and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Willingness to learn during the training period
  • Flexibility during peak seasons


Salary: $75k - $85k/Year
