Bus Cleaner

Hallcon provides essential services spanning multi-modal operations, integrated command centers, electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, technology integration, analytics, business intelligence, fleet management, specialty cleaning, and overall rider experience performance. We are inviting the right leader to join our team and help us drive rapid growth.

Including but not limited to the following:

• Safely staging, spotting, and moving buses onto wash mats, and returning vehicles to assigned parking locations.
• Performing interior and exterior bus cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, carpet spotting, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces.
• Emptying garbage and recycling receptacles and ensuring proper disposal.
• Inspecting vehicles for cleanliness, reporting any damage or maintenance concerns.
• Operating cleaning tools and equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one (1) year of general cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and apply current cleaning methods, equipment operation, and safety practices.
