As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. You will have the chance to sell premium car wash services, Clean Car Club memberships, and trendy retail items. Whether you're engaging with customers at the carwash tunnel entrance, gas pumps, or inside the retail store, you’ll enjoy a variety of tasks to keep every day fresh and engaging.

Compensation: On average, earn $18 per hour with a base of $16/hour plus sales bonuses.

Schedule: Enjoy flexible scheduling options including daytime, evening, mid-week, and weekend shifts that fit your lifestyle.

Location: Waterway Richmond Heights - 1200 S. Brentwood Blvd, Richmond Heights MO, 63117. Other locations are available across St. Louis.

Qualifications:

What You Need:

• Be friendly and engaging with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed
• No experience required; prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current and valid driver's license.
• Professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company policy.
• Ability to perform essential functions safely.
• Compliance with local and state health codes for food service.
• Meet local/state age requirements for selling tobacco and alcohol (if applicable).
• Complete all required trainings and certifications.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent and timely customer service, creating a welcoming experience for customers.
• Effectively present and sell car wash services, memberships, and retail options to meet sales goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for customers.
• Keep convenience store merchandise stocked and organized.
• Ensure point-of-sale transactions are accurate and follow procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.

Other Functions:

• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
• Perform duties to meet customer demand and staffing needs.
• Carry out other responsibilities as directed by management.

Physical Requirements:

• Work primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions, including temperature fluctuations and exposure to cleaning chemicals and machinery.
• Physical demands include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing tasks at a fast pace.
• Vision and hearing acuity are necessary for safety and communication.
• Fluency in English for effective communication with team members and customers.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to assigned schedules, which may include weekends and holidays.
