Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, considering their medical history and relevant imaging, to develop effective treatment plans.
- Create individualized rehabilitation programs in collaboration with the clinical team, incorporating the latest therapeutic modalities.
- Guide patients through their therapy programs, ensuring they understand their treatment goals and anticipated outcomes.
- Administer a variety of therapies, including manual therapy, laser therapy, dry needling, and pelvic floor treatments.
- Regularly reassess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery.
- Educate patients on the importance of ongoing therapy and available treatment options.
- Coordinate treatment efforts with other team members to enhance patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment efforts.
- Supervise and collaborate with physical therapy assistants to support patient care.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Valid Physical Therapy License in Indiana.
Salary and Benefits:
Compensation ranges from $110k to $125k+ annually, depending on training and experience. We offer a full-time schedule with numerous benefits, including:
