We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join a growing team in Glen Mills, PA. This position is fully on-site, and is a temp-to-perm opportunity. This is a great position for a professional who excels at problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

salary: $20 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Multi-Channel Support: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, chat, and portals to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Order & Case Management: Manage the full lifecycle of quotes, orders, returns, and expedites while balancing team case queues.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain precise documentation of all interactions and transactions within Salesforce and SAP.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to streamline workflows and adapt to changing business needs.
