Position Overview We're looking for a skilled Electrician who is capable of completing residential and light commercial electrical jobs - both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical work , with the ability to assist on low-voltage and A/V system installations when needed. Experience in home automation, networking, or audio/video wiring is a plus , but not required. Key Responsibilities Perform electrical installations, service, maintenance, and retrofit work Run, label, and terminate low-voltage wiring for automation and A/V systems Troubleshoot and repair electrical and low-voltage systems Work collaboratively with A/V technicians to integrate power and control systems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients and team members Qualifications & Skills 2 years of residential or commercial electrical experience (preferred) Knowledge of NEC codes, safety standards, and best practices Experience with low-voltage wiring, cabling, or control systems (a plus) Ability to read and understand plans, drawings, and wiring diagrams Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required Must be able to pass a drug screening - we maintain a drug-free workplace Schedule Full-time, Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts Weekends and holidays off Flexibility for special projects when required Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience performance incentives Vacation and Sick Pay Flexible Hours Phone Compensation 401(k) Retirement Plan Health Insurance Credit Employee Discounts Ongoing training and opportunities for career advancement Education High school diploma or equivalent (required) Electrical trade school or apprenticeship experience (preferred) Supplemental Pay Bonus pay Commission pay Company Description Founded in 2010, Completely Connected, LLC is a locally owned and operated company proudly serving Southwest Florida for over 15 years.
