Position Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a SOLO Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our dynamic team. If you are looking for a fulfilling driving career, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our family.

Wondering about your potential earnings? Here’s what you can expect:

  • Weekly Pay: $1650
  • Pay per mile: $0.55 for solo miles (2500 - 3000 miles weekly)
  • Pay per stop: $19.05 (3 - 7 stops weekly)
  • Nights out: 3 - 4 times per week
  • Quarterly Safety Bonus: $500
  • Sign-On Bonus: $3000 ($1500 at 30 days and $1500 at 90 days)
  • Paid Training Provided
  • Weekly Schedule: Sunday - Friday with morning dispatch

Your routes include deliveries to various states, excluding New York City, with the use of a reliable sleeper tractor and 53' dry van or curtainside trailers. Freight will primarily consist of molding and building products, requiring touch freight handling.

Our trucks are well-maintained, 36 months or newer, and come equipped with 24/7 roadside assistance. You can fuel at over 800 locations across the country.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Pass a drug test and background check
  • Meet DOT physical requirements
  • Valid Class A CDL with appropriate endorsements
  • Minimum of 9 months verifiable experience in a tractor trailer within the last 3 years, or 2 years within the last 5 years, or 5 years within the last 10 years
  • Ability to follow instructions and apply regulations

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and guidelines
  • Identify and address safety hazards
  • Maintain accurate records and logs
  • Assist in loading/unloading freight as required
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned
