Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing and assembling clinical and commercial products using production equipment.
  • Checking raw materials to ensure proper ingredients and quantities.
  • Assisting with in-process testing to meet specifications.
  • Validating processes and equipment related to filtration, cleaning, and sterilization.
  • Creating solutions, powders, and liquids for batches.
  • Providing training support and assistance to lead/supervisor.
  • Offering continuous improvement recommendations for operational efficiency.
  • Following established procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Adhering to housekeeping and safety policies and procedures.
  • Being available for overtime as required.
Experience Required
  • High school with technical certification in laboratory operations plus 3 years of laboratory experience
  • OR AS degree in a scientific discipline with 2-3 years of laboratory experience
  • OR BS degree in a scientific discipline plus 1-2 years of laboratory experience
Skills & Certifications
  • Communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
Eligibilities & qualifications
  • Strong teamwork
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in English with reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
