About the Role

As a Construction Project Manager at Holiday Oil, you will oversee all phases of construction projects-planning, scheduling, budgeting, coordination, execution, and close-out. You will serve as the core point of communication between internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders. This role ensures our projects are delivered on time, within budget, safely, and with exceptional quality.

What You'll Do

  • Develop project plans, timelines, schedules, and budgets
  • Lead and coordinate all construction phases from pre-construction through completion
  • Manage materials, equipment, labor, and subcontractor performance
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate progress and ensure safety and quality standards
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and mitigate delays proactively
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, inspections, and company policies
  • Facilitate project meetings and update stakeholders clearly and consistently
  • Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, forecasts, and change orders
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and project documentation
  • Serve as the main liaison with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors
  • Review and interpret construction documents, drawings, and blueprints
  • Solicit bids and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, codes, and regulations
  • Proficiency in project management and scheduling software, plus Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and accountability
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to travel to job sites as needed
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, OSHA 30, or relevant certifications
  • Experience in commercial or multi-site construction
  • Familiarity with systems such as Procore, Bluebeam, or estimating platforms
