The position is located at 620 Sand Hill Road, Palo Alto, CA 94304.

Responsibilities:

As an Evening Shift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll play a vital role in supporting licensed care staff by providing essential assistance to residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks
  • Providing dining assistance and tray services
  • Accompanying residents as needed
  • Taking vital signs and weights
  • Executing other care-related tasks as assigned

In this collaborative environment, you'll also be involved in quality assessment and performance improvement projects and communicate any changes in residents' conditions promptly.

Important Note: This position requires working the evening shift from 3 PM to 11:30 PM, including weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must hold current state certification as a CNA and possess relevant experience.
  • Experience with geriatric clients is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferable.
  • Current CPR/AED certification is required.
  • First Aid certification is required, or willingness to obtain it.
  • Food handlers certification and Certified Medical Technician/Certified Medication Aide certification, where applicable.
  • Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn.

Pay Range: USD $23.81 - USD $28.57 per hour.
