Midwest Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Brand Associate based in Minnetonka, MN. Are you ready to make your mark in Brand Management at a global powerhouse? Lactalis, the world's largest dairy company, is seeking a Brand Associate to support our premium yogurt portfolio, including Oui by Yoplait, Haagen-Dazs, and Mountain High. This is a rare opportunity to be part of strategy, innovation, and growth across beloved brands in a category that's booming with consumer demand.

You'll own the P&L and strategy for Mountain High, while playing a pivotal role in cross-functional leadership, analytics, and seasonal strategy for the fast-growing Oui brand. From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:
  • Lead Brand Strategy & Forecasting for Mountain High, driving growth through smart planning and execution.
  • Support the Oui Sr. Associate Brand Manager in project management & business analytics.
  • Own Seasonal Rotation Strategy & Execution for Oui, bringing fresh, consumer-loved flavors to market.
  • Deliver Actionable Insights through reporting and analytics.

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of post-undergrad experience
  • Strong analytical mindset with fluency in Excel and familiarity with Nielsen/Circana
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and solve problems with agility
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ year in brand management or a similar marketing role
  • Experience in CPG (Grocery, WMT), especially in data-driven or customer-facing functions
  • Exposure to sales, merchandising, or cross-functional marketing teams
