CENCO Claims is looking for a motivated and experienced Property Claims Adjuster to service daily residential and commercial claims in the Santa Fe area. This is a field-based position offering reliable claim volume, flexible scheduling, and responsive support from our in-house team.

What You'll Do:

  • Inspect damaged properties on-site to assess loss

  • Write detailed, accurate estimates using Xactimate

  • Capture thorough photo documentation and maintain clear reporting

  • Communicate with policyholders and insurance carriers throughout the process

  • Submit timely, professional claim files

What You'll Need:

  • Experience with Xactimate estimating software

  • Solid knowledge of construction and property damage assessment

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license

  • New Mexico or designated home state adjuster license

  • Preferred: 2+ years of property adjusting experience in the field
