Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available

Sign-On Bonus of $1,500 for Full-Time Positions (one-year commitment required)

Your Role: As an Advanced EMT, you will be responding to both emergency and non-emergency medical requests, providing essential care and exceptional customer service to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients, determine necessary care, and deliver emergency services using appropriate medical techniques and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, treatment, and condition while upholding confidentiality.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for all patients.
  • Utilize your Advanced EMT skills effectively in various tasks including communication and medical procedures.
  • Operate ambulances according to safety policies and traffic laws during emergency responses.
  • Collaborate professionally with public safety personnel and fellow team members.

Other Duties:

  • Engage in community programs that enhance our organization's image and foster strong community relations.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Valid State Driver's License.
  • National or State Advanced EMT certification.
  • CPR/BLS certifications.
  • Driving record that complies with company policy.
  • Successfully pass a Physical Agility Test.

Working Conditions: Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Long periods inside an ambulance with potential exposure to outdoor weather and moderate noise levels.

Physical Demands: Ability to engage in prolonged sitting, standing, and walking. Some activities may require lifting over 200 lbs. with assistance, and must be able to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and stair climbing.

Mental Requirements: Strong critical thinking skills, ability to operate under pressure, and manage potentially stressful situations.
