Truck Driver - CDL Class A - Penske Logistics

Join Penske Logistics as a full-time Class A CDL Truck Driver where you can earn an average of $85,586 annually, along with a $10,000 retention bonus. Enjoy home daily with a dedicated route delivering parts and supplies to automotive dealerships.

What you will do:

  • Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies.
  • Unload trailers using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages.
  • Use a scanner to track and confirm product deliveries.
  • Complete approximately 10 stops per route.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • Start time at 11:30 PM

You will drive:

  • Late model, Penske maintained trucks with the best-in-class features designed for your comfort.
  • Trucks equipped with inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras for enhanced safety.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid CDL Class A.
  • Current or ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
  • 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years.
  • 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
  • Ability to communicate in English as per federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)).

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to see and hear, with specific vision abilities required.
  • Frequent movement, including standing and walking.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs (23kg) and occasionally 100lbs (45kg).
  • Must be capable of safely operating a motor vehicle and frequently entering/exiting the vehicle.
