About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Travel Agent to support clients throughout their vacation planning and booking process. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for travelers-answering questions, assisting with bookings, providing guidance, and ensuring each client enjoys a smooth, stress-free experience from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms in a timely, professional manner.
- Assist clients with vacation planning, booking updates, cancellations, and special accommodation requests.
- Provide accurate, current information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and agency procedures.
- Maintain organized client records and ensure consistent, clear communication throughout the booking process.
- Follow up with clients before and after their trips to confirm details and gather feedback.
- Resolve concerns with empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving.
