Job Description:
As an Lead SAP HANA-BRIM/FICA Analyst, you will lead requirement-gathering workshops, design end-to-end business processes, and provide functional expertise for SAP-BRIM implementations. This role involves managing Order-to-Cash workstreams, supporting testing phases, and ensuring successful migration and integration of billing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead workshops to gather and document requirements for new billing and revenue systems and develop Agile Product Backlogs.
  • Introduce new end-to-end business processes for Order-to-Cash with the new system.
  • Act as liaison for development and testing of billing user stories through all phases including SIT, UAT, and Hypercare.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for implementation-specific processes and procedures.
  • Lead functional system testing and perform System Integration Testing.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing and create user readiness documentation.
  • Conduct user training workshops and design integration testing for legacy system transformation.
  • Provide SAP-BRIM functional support during hypercare post go-live.
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve system and data-related defects.
  • Support billing validation analysis for accurate data migration/conversions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with technology teams, business owners, and vendors.
  • Adhere to all standards, policies, and procedures while performing assigned tasks.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
  • Expertise in SAP-BRIM systems with specialization in high-volume consumption-based billing and end-to-end implementations.
  • Strong experience in Order-to-Cash business process design and improvement.
  • Proven ability to lead workshops and write functional specifications for SAP-BRIM/FICA projects including SOM, CI, CM, CC, and FICA.
  • Hands-on configuration experience for pricing, rating, billing, invoicing, and dunning/collections in SAP-BRIM and SAP-FICA.
  • Experience with automation testing processes for SAP-BRIM implementations.
  • Ability to interpret complex B2B contracts for configurable billing systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile and waterfall methodologies and global billing operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Azure DevOps Testing Module.
  • Minimum 15 years of expertise in Billing and SAP-BRIM implementations.
  • Additional beneficial skills include SAP project experience, ITIL/ITSM practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or information systems (or equivalent experience).


The hourly range for roles of this nature are $80.00 to $100.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
