Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) - Chelsea, MA

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Estimated rate range: ≈ $40-50/hr, depending on experience, setting, location, and employment status (full-time, part-time, or PRN)
  • Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)
  • PTO & Paid Holidays
  • Some positions offer a sign-on bonus or relocation
Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Document patient progress using EMR systems
  • Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care
  • Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
  • Current MA SLP license (or eligibility)
  • CCC-SLP preferred, but CFs may be considered when supervision is available
  • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
