Job Title: Mechanical Technician

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical expertise and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all equipment and systems are maintained to the highest standards. As a Mechanical Technician, you will play a critical role in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical systems to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspect mechanical systems and equipment to ensure they are operating correctly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults in machinery, systems, and equipment as needed.
- Assist in the installation, modification, and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to effectively diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work, including parts used and labor hours.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and keep up with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and interpreting technical documentation.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in mechanical operations.
