Data Collection: 09/09/2025 Unit Information: (insert name) Location: HCA Clear Lake Address: 500 Medical Center BLVD, Webster Texas Floor: 2nd Building: Central Tower General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 685 Number of Staff 6 Type of staff: o Day Shift 2 techs, 2 imaging assists o Night Shift 1 tech, 1 imaging assist Patient Ratios 10-12 patients per shift Type of equipment GE 1.5T Signa EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Level 2 trauma and Comprehensive stroke facility Best personality Fit: Positive personality REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: ARRT (MR) Floating Area(s): Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Hunter Green Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
