Field Superintendent – Luxury Residential Construction
Aventura, FL | Full-Time | Mon-Fri, 8 AM – 4 PM

We’re seeking an experienced Field Superintendent / Job Site Superintendent to join a premier luxury homebuilder in Aventura, FL. Our projects include $1M–$10M custom homes and high-end remodels across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily on-site construction for new builds and renovations
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections
  • Maintain site safety, quality control, and schedule compliance
  • Communicate progress, issues, and updates to management
  • Lead punch-out and final completion

Requirements

  • 3–7 years’ experience as a Field Superintendent, Job Site Superintendent, or Lead Foreman
  • Proven success in luxury residential construction and remodels
  • Ability to read plans and manage trades efficiently
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
