Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Welder to join our manufacturing team. The Welder must be proficient in TIG and Stick Welding. The person hired for this position would need to work on day shift for at least 5 weeks to learn our processes prior to being moved permanently to night shift. Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Familiarizing yourself with company-specific processes .

• Organizing and monitoring workflow to ensure maximum productivity.

• Ensuring strict compliance with quality standards at various stages of the manufacturing

process.

• Uses plans, diagrams, blueprints and work requests to determine project design, and works to ensure needs are met.

• Fabricates equipment by cutting, burning, and welding various metals.

• Read, understand and follow all Safe Work Practices and Procedures for welding machinery and equipment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A minimum of 2 years of proven welding experience in a manufacturing environment.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in operating various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.

• Knowledge of welding processes to ensure comprehensive oversight.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment.

• Self-motivated with the ability to efficiently solve problems as they arise.

• Reliable transportation for consistent attendance and punctuality.

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record to fulfill occasional work-related travel requirements.

• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
