As a member of our Customer Service team, you'll be the first voice our customers hear, the warm welcome that sets the tone for their experience. You'll:
  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm
  • Schedule appointments for in house consultations for our Comfort Specialists
  • Offer Administrative duties like entering appointment and customer information, message taking, typing letters and proposals, creating spreadsheets, and contacting customers.
  • Delivery Coordination/Freight Release Procedures/Notification Process
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where no two days are the same
