As a Seasonal Sales Team Member, your primary role will be to create a welcoming environment for customers by greeting and thanking them as they enter and leave the store. You will become knowledgeable about our diverse product lines to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Embracing the Cavender's Culture while actively promoting our mission, vision, and values.
  • Delivering friendly and courteous customer service utilizing professional selling techniques.
  • Avoiding high-pressure sales tactics, instead aiming to provide a personalized shopping experience.
  • Staying updated on current fashion trends in the western wear industry.
  • Ensuring the store is neat and clean, with merchandise displayed attractively.
  • Assisting management with price changes, inventory organization, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Being informed about current sales promotions and providing accurate information on products and prices.
  • Helping to stock merchandise and straighten the store when needed.
  • Maintaining security by being aware of store procedures and product placement.
  • Handling customer returns and exchanges with knowledge and efficiency.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Ability to lift and lower merchandise as required during your shift.
  • Understanding and following basic instructions.
  • Ability to interpret documents and respond effectively to inquiries.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding English.
  • Staying alert and focused during your assigned work hours.
