HVAC Service/Sales Technician

We're The A/C Guy of Tampa Bay, a leader in the heating and air conditioning trade, and we're hiring dependable, hands-on professionals for our Clearwater, FL team. If you're looking for a role with stability, competitive compensation, and advancement opportunities, this full-time HVAC Service/Sales Technician position may be the right fit for you.
Depending on experience and skill set, you'll earn $80,000 to $200,000 per year and can receive sales commission from service recommendations meaning the skys the limit. Additionally, experienced technicians with 5+ years of experience are eligible for a signing bonus. Join us in advancing your trade career while making a positive impact in our community.

- Repairing residential and light commercial systems
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Maintaining professional customer communication
- Providing equipment upgrade and replacement recommendations when appropriate
- 3+ years of experience
- Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems
- Availability to participate in an on-call rotation
- Customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Preferred Qualifications
- NATE certification
- 5+ years of experience - eligible for sign-on bonus
- "Service MVP" experience
