Job Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding nursing care to residents in post-acute settings
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as eating, grooming, and hygiene
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents’ health and safety
- Assist in the transportation and mobility of residents as needed
- Record and report vital signs and communicate changes in status to the nursing team
- Adhere to care plans and comply with all relevant policies and regulations
- Engage residents in ways that foster trust and a sense of security
- Facilitate effective communication among staff, residents, and families
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
- Knowledge of nursing care procedures and clinical terminology
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills for interactions with residents, families, and medical professionals
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
