Loan Sales Consultant

In this role, you will:
- Multitask effectively to meet the dynamic demands of your responsibilities, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
- Exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional support and encouragement, contributing to both individual and branch performance goals.
- Build and nurture relationships by engaging with customers throughout the loan process and presenting customized solutions based on their specific needs.
- Oversee the entire loan life cycle, including collections, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Interact with customers and colleagues through various technological channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Bring a passionate drive for achieving results, demonstrating a goal-oriented mindset.
- Educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they understand their loans, terms, and available options.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred:
- Experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.
This is an on-site role with a work schedule from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week, which may include Saturdays.
