LOCATION: Brown County, Ohio including Georgetown, Mount Orab, Ripley, Sardinia, Hamersville, Fayetteville, and surrounding areas.
SCHEDULE TYPE: [Customizable] Choose Weekdays and/or Weekends - with daytime and/or evening shifts available.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-time and Full-time available.
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking 2-3 skilled, compassionate, and professional Home Healthcare Aides (HHA) / In-Home Caregivers to join our home health agency and provide services to clients throughout Brown County, OH, including Georgetown, Mount Orab, Ripley, Sardinia, Hamersville, Fayetteville, and surrounding areas.

- Long-term employment for part-time and full-time Home Health Aides.
- Those seeking full-time hours will have the option to start with part-time hours and first priority to add additional clients/shifts for up to 40 hours per week (if desired).
- Home care experience and/or credentials are preferred, including CNAs and STNAs, but HCN will train non-certified caregivers committed to building a career with our agency
- Flexible shift times: We build reliable, consistent schedules that fit your lifestyle.
- No Requirements for On-Call shifts, Weekends, extensive travel distances, or overtime (when not desired).
- Weekly pay including onboarding and training.
- Back-up accommodations for scheduled vacations so your clients receive care while you're away.
- Growth Opportunities: Pay and title promotions for advanced certifications and degrees, as well as schedule accommodations for school/classes.
