Manufacturing Machine Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Manufacturing Machine Maintenance Technician to support daily production by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide variety of industrial machinery. This hands-on role is ideal for a mechanically skilled technician with experience in both maintenance and machining-particularly with CNC machines, lathes, hydraulic systems, and automated production equipment. The technician will work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure equipment runs safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and scheduled service on production machines and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
  • Diagnose and repair machine components such as motors, bearings, gearboxes, sensors, valves, and control systems.
  • Install, align, and calibrate machinery, tooling, and production equipment.
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform real-time corrective maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and parts inventories.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support equipment improvements and efficiency initiatives.
  • Ensure all work is performed following safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with experience repairing and maintaining industrial machinery.
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, diagnostic instruments, and basic electrical testing equipment.
  • Understanding of machine schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
  • Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, motors, and automated systems (preferred but not required).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Experience working on CNC machines, lathes, hydraulic equipment, and machine shop tools is highly desirable.
Benefits/Compensation
  • Full Time
  • Pay Rate is $18-$25 per hour
  • Shift 1st shift 8a-4:30p
  • Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
  • Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts
  • Temp-To-Hire
  • Benefits after Probation period
