About the Family:A kind, growing family in Louisville, KY is looking for an experienced, nurturing nanny to care for their two children: a 16-month-old and a newborn. With both parents transitioning back to work, they need a reliable professional who can confidently manage infant and toddler care, while also providing light household support. Their previous nanny is moving on, and they’re ready for a more experienced caregiver to join their home. Responsibilities: Full-time care for a 16-month-old and a newborn Maintain or help establish consistent routines and schedules Light household tasks: dishes, laundry (especially baby-related), and tidying up after children Meal prep and light cooking for the children Engage children in age-appropriate developmental activities Maintain open and respectful communication with the parents Qualifications: CPR certified (required) Valid driver’s license (required) Substantial experience with infants and toddlers Confident managing care for two young children independently Non-smoker Professional, proactive, and dependable Preferred: ideally in 20s+ Additional Information: Rate: $21/hour Start date: May 12 or as close as possible Long-term position through February 2026 Newborn experience is essential
