Dedicated Reefer Truck Driver
Average Pay: $1,200-$1,450 weekly
Home Time: Daily
Experience: All CDL holders welcome
Overview:
- Transport frozen and refrigerated goods using a reefer trailer.
- Enjoy 90% no-touch freight and 30% drop-and-hook loads.
- Complete 12 loads weekly with 1-2 stop-offs each.
- Operate mainly in IN, MI, OH, and WV.
Pay and Bonus Opportunities:
- Earn mileage pay plus hourly rates while on duty, not driving.
- Receive weekly performance bonuses for outstanding work.
- $7,500 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers paid out over your first year.
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers, also paid over 12 months.
- Orientation and training periods are paid.
- Accumulate paid time off after 6 months and enjoy 6 holidays per year with pay.
- Annual bonus opportunity: Earn up to 2% of your annual gross pay each year
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- If you're looking to get started, a valid Commercial Learner's Permit is required for company-paid training.
- Live within 70 miles of Delaware, OH.
