A contractor specializing in mechanical-intensive commercial projects including healthcare, lab, industrial, and multi-use facilities.
Position Summary:
Manages HVAC/mechanical scopes including planning, procurement, subcontractor management, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee mechanical installations, testing, and commissioning
- Manage budgets, procurement, and subcontractor scopes
- Coordinate MEP design clarification and conflict resolution
- Track cost performance and schedule progress
- 5-8 years MEP/Mechanical project management experience
