About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly growing manufacturer specializing in large, complex components for the aerospace industry. Job Description
  • Drive process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency across machining operations for aerospace components
  • Conduct time studies and implement process revisions
  • Lead Gemba walks and Kaizen events to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to optimize production processes
  • Support capital projects and cost-reduction strategies
  • Apply Lean/CI principles and CNC machining expertise
  • Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks for engineering tasks
  • Contribute to projects with measurable results in scrap reduction and cost savings

The Successful Applicant
  • Holds a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Brings experience in Lean/Continuous Improvement and CNC machining
  • Demonstrates proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
  • Has a track record of delivering measurable cost savings and process improvements
  • Comfortable conducting time studies and leading Kaizen events
  • Collaborative and eager to grow within a team-oriented environment
