BIW Robotics simulation, Automotive,
Delmia V5, 3DX, Siemens Process simulate,
Robotic Cell preparation, spot distribution, Kinematics, Tool/Gun validation, OLP,

1. Experience in Robotic simulation in the Automotive BIW manufacturing process.
2. Experience in:
a. Experience in manufacturing processes like spot welding, MIG welding, riveting, Adhesive & Sealing, Stud welding, material handling.
b. Experience on Arc welding, hemming, clinching, laser welding, screwing will be an added advantage.
c. Experience on identifying tools/equipment/mockups preparations for above manufacturing processes.
d. Experience on Fixture, tool & Gun Kinematics.
e. Experience on Tool validation, weld spot distribution, work cell preparation, weld gun finalization, robot path preparation.
f. Hands-on experience with Fanuc, Motoman, KUKA & ABB robots and other robots will be an added advantage.
g. Experience on layout optimization.
h. Must have good communication skills & team player. Should be flexible and able to manage complexity.
l. Awareness on RCS, OLP, documentation, cycle time analysis & optimization will be an added advantage.

3. Offshore coordination, scheduling & good communication
4. Interact with Clients and stakeholders located at different location to get required inputs and understand the requirement
5. Open to Travel
6. SOFTWARE'S: Process Simulate, Delmia V5(MUST) , 3DX, MS OFFICE (MUST)
