At Chick-fil-A Northshore Mall, Team Leaders are responsible for leading restaurant shifts by building effective plans, collaborating with other Team Leaders, delegating tasks, and persisting creatively
Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Be a "REMARK"able Team Member.
- Create effective shift setups using OneClick.
- Ensure the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly checklists.
- Utilize the manager swipe card according to restaurant policies.
- Ensure the completion of all breaks, according to restaurant guidelines, MA and federal labor laws.
- Ensure the restaurant phone is always answered promptly.
- Support the Trainers in training and retraining initiatives.
- Create and communicate (Welcome Walkthrough) goals each shift.
- Follow all restaurant, MA, and federal labor laws.
- Ensure the entire team follows all uniform and appearance standards.
- Ensure proper stewardship of restaurant equipment and facilities
- Communicate any business needs and operational improvement ideas to the corresponding Area Lead.
- Foster a restaurant culture that aligns with our Core Values.
