SmartTalent is looking to hire a Mechanical Assembler for a manufacturing company in Seattle. Ideal candidate will be motivated to work full time and have over 2 years of experience (details below).
TITLE: Mechanical Assembler
LOCATION: Seattle, WA
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
PAY: $22
BENEFITS OFFERED: Paid Weekly, Direct Deposit, Affordable Health Care, Full-Time, Opportunities
ABOUT THE JOB
The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for operating mechanical equipment, using hand tools, and performing assembly operations.
JOB DUTIES
• Utilize computer database to access orders and details
• Operate mechanical equipment including hydraulic and manual presses.
• Utilize a variety of hand tools and pneumatic drivers to complete work.
• Operate bagging machine, drill press, and grommet press.
• Maintain and replenish raw materials to support production work orders.
• Complete and record preventative maintenance on equipment and assembly tools.
• Participates and supports coaching and training teammates.
• Effectively communicate with other team members to compete job responsibilities.
• Follows and supports safety Policy.
• Upholds and supports values and principles.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Good attendance is an absolute must
• Must have good dexterity
• At least 2+ years' experience as a Mechanical Assembler
• Basic computer skills
• Good communicator
• Must have reliable transportation
